Debug Technician (East / AM Shift) - WC2

• Assist engineers in conducting all test-related activities for server and rack products in production.
• Support and implement PXE server configuration for products.
• Execute and maintain the server and rack run-in testing process.
• Carry out and oversee the burn-in and power testing processes.
• Test and analyze production product failures, collaborating with engineers for improvements.
• Participate in Kaizen activities for continuous improvement.
• Update and track the test program master list.
• Prepare and update work instructions.
• Provide training on work instructions to production teams.
• Support the NPI (New Product Introduction) process.
• Assist production during mass runs.
• Participate in ISO implementation and maintenance activities.

Requirements for AE/Technician :

• Diploma in engineering with 1-3 years of experience in server and rack manufacturing.
• Strong team player.
• Ability to work effectively with peers, superiors, and occasionally with customers and HQ/factory teams.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Willingness to work shifts.
• Strong understanding of testing methods and concepts (for test roles).
• Programming and debugging skills (for test roles).
