Job Summary
Job summary:
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Debug Technician located in Aguascalientes
Example: Reporting to a Failure analysis engineer or Debug engineer Debug technician would be Responsible for troubleshooting / Repair of electrical assemblies (PCBA’s) within the manufacturing operation. Contributes to the development of work instructions (debug guides), failure reports. Provides training and PCBA debugging guidance to other debug technicians.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Inspection under microscope to find process defects on PCBA under troubleshooting.
  • Measure passive and active components, signals according to drawing or schematics.
  • Interact/inform CFT about defects to implement preventive/corrective action on production line.
  • Review statistical information, debug cookbooks, and Follow debug/repair instructions for troubleshooting PCBAS.
  • Writes down debug guides or failure reports.

  • Electronic schematic reading and interpretation
  • Measurement equipment as Multimeter, oscilloscope, power supply, signal generator
