Description:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, health administration, information management or a related discipline
  • Minimum one year experience with data collection and analysis

SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Superior ability to communicate effectively and concisely, both orally and in writing at a level appropriate to the target audience
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
  • Ability to work independently, interdependently, and participate as contributing member of various teams to meet service goals
  • Ability to analyze data and present information in a meaningful way
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Demonstrated time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Advanced skills in data management and manipulation using Microsoft Excel
