Description:
Are you an experienced HR Business Advisor? Are you highly motivated by HR and great with handling and navigating in complex stakeholder landscapes? And are you interested in taking your HR career to the next level? Then read on – you might be the new HR Business Advisor in Deloitte Denmark, Copenhagen.
The HR Business Advisor team, which consists of three HR Business Advisors and two HR Consultants, drives and support HR matters across a diverse group of managers with focus on guiding and sparring with management, driving the performance set-up, and implementing strategic people initiatives – in close cooperation with the senior management team of Deloitte Audit & Assurance.
QUALIFICATIONS

In this position you will be responsible for executing on well-established processes as well as contributing to the optimization of these, and at the same time get a chance to create and develop your own tasks in an organization where no two days are alike.
You are a dedicated individual with team spirit who takes pleasure in combining HR and business with an excellent ability to understand the areas you work with. You take responsibility of own areas and tasks and you contribute in the joint effort to achieve goals for the team.
Responsibilities:
- Advising and guiding management across Deloitte Audit & Assurance on people – and leadership matters (e.g. performance management, talent pipelines, well-being, illness, vacation, retention)
- Running the yearly HR-activities incl. engagement survey, upward feedback, and performance set-up
- Being involved in designing, planning, and implementing new people initiatives
- Analyzing and interpreting HR data and key figures and facilitating dialogue across teams
- Being part of the HR Business Advisor team and provide support on cross-functional HR initiatives and processes
- Onboarding new leaders
- Driving decision making and initiatives in HR related matters
