Description:

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Dedicated District Trainer (DDT) facilitates the development of newly hired inventory associates and is responsible for the ongoing training and development of hourly associates. The DDT should focus their attention to grow overall productivity of their office to meet and exceed targets set by WIS International Leadership. The Dedicated District Trainer is responsible to ultimately help move hourly Auditors through the ASET counting levels (increase Weighted UPH%). The DDT will have the counting and training skills necessary to help improve the overall division’s counting, while ensuring a positive employee experience. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Minimum 6 months experience counting inventory as an associate, preferably at the Expert or Top Gun Level
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Must possess a passion for people with the ability to show empathy and compassion for our team and customers
  • Proven experience driving strong results through coaching, development and training efforts and the ability to impart counting knowledge onto others
  • High level of confidence with the ability to hold others accountable through positive employee first engagement

Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Continue as a key member of the District Inventory Team and maintain strong counting skills
  • As a blended role, the DDT is required to maintain all job responsibilities of their current role in conjunction with the new added responsibilities of the DDT.
  • Assists with and coordinates new hire orientation and onboarding training
  • Responsible for in-office training of newly hired employees including but not limited to on site and mock inventory training
  • Responsible for ongoing skill development training for District Employees
  • Assists in Developing hourly employees by identifying top talent and coaching lower performers
  • Remain a point of contact for our associates while they acclimate to their role and provide guidance to inventory associates by assisting in the planning and implementation of training
  • Remain knowledgeable and able to articulate company goals, processes and procedures in a positive, productive and professional manner.
  • Review training metrics to assess increases in productivity
  • Participate in ongoing development training and relevant conference calls
  • Identifies organizational gaps and makes recommendations for improvement
