Description:
Job Overview:
The Deductions Analyst will be a critical member of the Deductions team within Finance Business Services, focusing on managing and analyzing deductions and liaising with the Financial Systems team to optimize the use of High Radius Cloud. This individual will also be responsible for collaborating with our off-shore Claims team. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of reporting and deductions management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on deductions or financial analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Expertise in financial reporting and analysis.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems, particularly High Radius Cloud or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage large sets of data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence others
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Financial Systems team to optimize automation within High Radius Cloud and perform testing and validation of system changes and enhancements.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities for improvements in automation within High Radius Cloud.
- Analyze processes and data to identify opportunities for process improvements in deductions management.
- Generate accurate and timely reports related to deductions, providing insights and recommendations to management.
- Collaborate with our off-shore Claims team in ensuring compliance with metrics and resolving escalations.
- Provide assistance to other Deductions team members, as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies related to deductions and financial reporting.
Requirements:
