We design, build and operate traffic management systems including connected vehicles technology and mobility demand management as well as tolling services for cities, roads, tunnels and bridges around the world. • Discovering and developing new and/or innovative technology product ideas, strategic product extensions or enhancements to existing products for the translation of research discoveries into usable and marketable products.
• Identifying, collecting and evaluating new and/or innovative technology products.
• Leading, planning and tracking all phases of the technology product life cycle from inception through introduction into the marketplace.
• Appraising new technology product ideas to determine their potential to address customer needs and to achieve goals in revenue growth and market share.
• Establishing technology product specifications and collaborating with various functions, including engineering, manufacturing, telecommunications, marketing and sales, to ensure successful product development and implementation.
• Solving complex problems; taking a new perspective on existing solutions.
• Working independently; receiving minimal guidance.
• Possibility of leading projects or project steps within a broader project or having accountability for ongoing activities or objectives.
• In-depth knowledge in own area and basic knowledge of related areas.
