Northwest Talent Solutions LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced DEI Trainer to join our client’s team on a full-time basis. This is a one day in the office hybrid position, allowing for flexibility.
As a DEI Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within organizations. This will involve working closely with our clients to understand their specific needs and creating customized training programs that address their unique challenges and goals.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a Top Secret Clearance, as they will be working with sensitive information and government agencies. They will also have a strong background in diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a deep understanding of current best practices and trends in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver customized DEI training programs for our clients
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and tailor training accordingly
  • Stay up-to-date on current DEI trends and best practices
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and goals
  • Create training materials and resources, including presentations, handouts, and interactive activities
  • Facilitate training sessions in a variety of formats, including in-person and virtual
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients as they implement DEI initiatives
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. Human Resources, Organizational Development, Diversity and Inclusion)
  • Top Secret Clearance
  • 3+ years of experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion training
  • Strong understanding of DEI best practices and trends
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with clients
  • Experience working with government agencies is a plus
  • Certification in DEI training is preferred
