Exciting times at BerryDunn! The DEIBA (diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging & access), Well-being and Engagement team is excited to be adding a Coordinator to their group. As the DEIBA, Well-being and Engagement Coordinator you will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing the firm’s initiatives related to DEIBA, as well as employee well-being and engagement. This position involves collaborating with various departments, assisting in the development and implementation of programs, and ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace culture. This full time opportunity will be based out of our Portland, ME headquarters.
You Will:

COMMUNICATION AND OUTREACH:

  • Develop and distribute communications to promote DEIBA, well-being, and engagement activities.
  • Maintain and update relevant content on the company’s internal platforms and communication channels.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees seeking information or support related to DEIBA and well-being programs.
