If so, we’ve just the position for you. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Deli Manager to come join our team in Rolestown, North Co. Dublin. The successful candidate will support store management and the Fresh Food Operations Manager in the execution of our fresh food strategy across our business.

• Assisting the Fresh Food Manager in the day-to-day management and operations of multiple stores within the group.
• Effectively support the deli teams, working closely with colleagues to deliver an exceptional standard of service.
• Ensuring all HACCP and Health and Safety regulations are adhered to within all fresh food departments.
• Understand, manage and control stock and waste management
• Train, develop & coach all colleagues to the required standards in the fresh food departments
• Ensure compliance with all legislation applicable to the industry.
• Support in deli operations as required by the business.
