WHO YOU ARE:

You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and:

• Grade 12 or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
• Three (3) years retail supervisory experience.
• Business related education would be an asset.
• Experience in managing business initiatives including analysis of financial results.
• Previous experience in leading a deli department is considered an asset.

As the Deli Department Manager, you will oversee all operations of the deli department, ensuring budget adherence, inventory control, and accurate merchandising.

• Responsible for the overall operations of the deli department,
• Ensure adherence to the departmental budget.
• Oversee inventory control, ordering and receiving for the department.
• Ensure the deli department is appropriately merchandised including tagging and pricing accuracy.
• Maintain excellent customer service by tracking, monitoring and following up with customer concerns.
• Participate in recruitment, training, development and performance management of all team members in the department.
• Ensure proper preparation of promotions and displays are completed.
• Provide strong leadership and support to team members within the department.
