This role collaborates closely with cross-functional business stakeholders, project management, and technology partners to drive projects from business case analysis through implementation. Successful candidates will demonstrate exceptional communication skills.
REQUIRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor Degree and 2 years’ experience in healthcare, business consultinganalysis, system implementation or project managementmanaging projects
- Comfortable with change and working in a flexible and dynamic work environment.
- Project management skillsExperience managing projects, including strong organization, prioritization and problem solving skills; ability to accept direction and feedback, experience that involves communicating with stakeholders and problem solving
- Clear and concise written, presentation, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Experience working across various departments with various levels of management handling sensitive or difficult situations as well as developing and delivering formal training to internal and external customers.
- Knowledge of strategic planning techniques and industry trends
- Analytical and information synthesis skills
- Experience interpreting business and financial information
- Verbal and written communication and organization skills
- PC proficiency to include MS Office products
- Experience managing multiple priorities
- Experience with changing assignments and priorities
PREFERRED REQUIRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Health insurance or healthcare industry experience
- Degree in public health/ heath policy, business, IT systems, engineering, mathematics, business, or other areas of study with a high degree of focus on critical thinking/ problem solving activities.
- Consulting or client/product implementation experience in a large organization.
- Financial, estimating and budget management experience related to projects, implementations, and/or operations.
- Conflict management and resolution skills.
- Knowledge of or experience with the SDLC and/or Agile Methodology
- Knowledge of healthcare insurance industry and current trends related to new products/ networks, as well as new legislation and interaction with government affairs.
