Requirements
- Agile Delivery / Project Coordination experience and strong commercial understanding, ideally within Managed Services and IT Outsourcing industry, minimum 1 year
- Understanding and practical experience with Agile approaches (Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience in managing multiple agile teams in projects up 7 FTE
- Ability to use basic techniques of Team management, Risk Management, Communication management, Change management, Time and task tracking, Reporting
- Ability to create and maintain project artefacts related to change management, quality assurance, project monitoring and control
- Ability to recognise, identify critical risks and work out a mitigation plan
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Ability to identify problems and provide/suggest possible solutions
- Ability to manage contractual terms and financial issues
- Ability to identify and manage stakeholders expectations
- Upper-intermediate level of spoken and written Englis
Responsibilities:
As a Delivery Coordinator, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.
Responsibilities
- Managing the staffing process internally and with client’s stakeholders: conducting DM calls, scheduling client interviews, keep updated hiring files
- Onboarding & Off-boarding process for the engineers
- Client Engagement and Communication
- Performance Management for assigned engineers
- Managing the process of promotions and relocation of engineers
- Monthly Billing Reports for the client
- Overtime and OOH support tracking, reporting and billing
- Invoicing process (70+ invoices per month)
- Client’s Request for Service (RFS): process tracking, updating, preparation of responses and adjusting existing responses
- Monitoring of the time tracking on a daily basis
- Data Management and Tracking: internal and external files, HUB
- Maintaining the account’s organizational structure on the Miro board, ensuring it reflects current team configurations and roles
- Providing the account leadership team with the timely support of all kind of reporting required either for the client and Ciklum internally
