We are looking for a Delivery Director with a passion for Cyber Security to strengthen our Delivery Management Team. The ideal candidate would be responsible for driving end-to-end client projects in the Banking Sector, cooperating closely with our Cybersecurity Architects and Engineers.
If you thrive on resolving complex problems, driving solutions and embracing challenges outside of your comfort zone, we welcome you. We need a leader with a strong technical background, excellent managerial skills and an aptitude for global collaboration.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Extensive experience as a Program/Delivery Manager, ideally within the Cybersecurity or Banking environment
  • Proven abilities in managing, tracking and progressing deliveries
  • In-depth knowledge of agile methods, project/program management and project risk management
  • Relevant certifications such as PMI, Prince2, IAPM, Scrum, SAFe or similar qualifications are considered an advantage
  • Experience in managing a medium team, including conflict resolution, performance, leading and coaching
  • Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Cloud Security and various methodologies, experience with both Agile and Waterfall delivery models
  • Hands-on experience delivering complex projects, managing stakeholders on all levels and successfully driving IT services engagements
  • Knowledge of ITIL, Risk and Compliance Management, Operational Models, Business Continuity Plans and Disaster Recovery Plans would be beneficial

Responsibilities:

  • Work hand in hand with the cloud migration and security teams to drive cloud transformation from the security standpoint
  • Monitor and report on Program KPIs - facilitating effective communication about progress and successes versus committed milestones to both team and executives
  • Manage program streams, timelines, commitments and backlogs, ensuring all projects are executed efficiently and effectively
  • Act as a pivotal point of contact for all program-related matters, liaising with relevant stakeholders, team members and external partners
  • Effectively coordinate teams across developers, vendors and business users, managing and overcoming implementation challenges
  • Support the planning of project deliverables and roadmaps in concert with product owners, stakeholders and the cybersecurity lead
  • Assist Security Architects in coordinating efforts among developers, vendors and business users, playing a key role in managing and alleviating implementation challenges
  • Support the team in driving the adoption and ensuring adherence to approved processes, tools and practices by the internal team, fostering a culture of strict adherence to security standards
