Job Description:
To support our continued success and ongoing expansion, a vacancy has arisen within our busy Swindon depot as a Delivery Driver. This role is vital to the smooth running of the depot and to ensure we are meeting customer expectations. Please see below a comprehensive list of duties and responsibilities:

Job Description

  • Loading, unloading, preparing, cleaning, and operating a vehicle for delivery duties.
  • Operating a delivery vehicle safely, legally and efficiently as required.
  • Sanitising coolers on customers premises in a safe and responsible manner.
  • Maintaining, installing, sanitising, transporting and delivering stock to customer premises in a safe and secure fashion.
  • Installing free trials to potential customers at their premises, and their possible exchange or collection
  • Acting as company ambassador when dealing with customers and prospects and aiding in the conversion of prospective business, and trials into customers.
  • Obtaining customer reviews
  • Offer Upgrades to existing customers
  • Practicing good customer service in accordance with the company’s work ethic.
  • Observing and maintaining administrative processes.

We require an individual who is an enthusiastic team player, willing to get stuck into any aspect of the role, and champions the customer on all aspects of their work.
Your typical working pattern be 7am-4pm Monday-Friday, with no weekends or bank holidays. This is an in person position, due to the nature of the role, and you would be based out of our Swindon depot (Hawksworth Trading Estate, Unit 5 Newcombe Dr, Swindon SN2 1DZ), reporting to Jon Davidson (Depot Manager).

Qualifications/Experience

  • Full, Clean UK Drivers’ Licence (essential)
  • Ability to reliably commute to the depot.
