Responsibilities:
As our new Delivery Employee, you will be the primary point of contact for customers at our brand-new delivery center. Your mission is to provide clients with all the information they need about their new vehicles and answer their questions with enthusiasm.
Your tasks include:
- Escorting customers to the delivery area and giving a detailed walkthrough of the vehicle’s features and options.
- Overseeing the administrative closure of client files, ensuring strict adherence to established processes.
- Closely monitoring and managing vehicle dossiers to ensure timely updates and resolution.
- Coordinating and initiating vehicle preparations before delivery, ensuring a smooth and efficient handover process.
- Acting as the primary contact for customers, providing comprehensive administrative details regarding their vehicles.
- Celebrating customer purchases and encouraging them to participate in feedback surveys.
- Serving as the liaison between customers and the service department to address any questions or concerns.
- Managing on-site vehicle deliveries, performing thorough car checks to ensure readiness.
- Promptly uploading all delivery-related documentation into the system.
