We are looking for you to join our Software Engineering team to develop breakthrough products and platforms using leading software technologies! Implement embedded software in physical products (e.g. ECUs for autonomous driving), design the lifecycle of customer-facing.

We are seeking for a highly qualified Delivery Executive with the following qualifications and experience in domain of Automotive software Engineering:
- A successfully completed university degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or another related field.
- Minimum of 8 years experience in delivering software projects in the automotive software.
- A minimum of 8 years Automotive experience.
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience as a Project Manager/Portfolio Manager.
- Significant experience in Global Project Management, leveraging benefits of best cost countries / off-/nearshore locations.
- Robust Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) knowledge.
- Experience working with automotive OEMs and/or tier 1 automotive suppliers.
- Experience in the role of Project Manager or Project Lead in software development projects.
- Experience in Agile software development techniques.
- Experience in managing multiple software projects across diverse teams and locations.
- Experience in communicating with customers, senior management and project teams.
- Experience in Electronic control unit development (e.g. cluster instruments, head-up-displays, Domain controller, HPC or in-car application development.
- Experience with the automotive functional safety standard
- You know what a safety island is when it comes down to systems architectures, you can set into context when it comes down to real time needs.
- Experience with software quality management.
- Experience with requirements management tools, systems and software design tools, analysis tools, etc.
- Robust in financials (revenue-cost-margin) combined with profit & loss responsibility experience.
- A structured approach to work, along with openness, assertiveness, and the ability to adapt to supervisors, employees, and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in German and English is mandatory.

Responsibilities:
As a Delivery Executive for Automotive Accounts you will play a pivotal role in managing single software projects while being responsible for a software project portfolio within the account. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Acting as Delivery Executive for business-critical software projects, managing risks, and building strong client relationships (multi-client management) by allocating delivery capabilities and escalating issues to find solutions
- Reporting directly to the Head of Growth Platform to ensure overall delivery profitability and productivity of assigned software project portfolio.
- Supervising software delivery by coordinating the project managers and being the escalation point for delivery issues on the projects.
- Taking responsibility for stakeholder management and communication on the client side and expanding Capgemini’s client footprint by identifying and anticipating business opportunities.
- Participating in solution reviews of sales opportunities with management and anticipating needs for project management capabilities within your assigned portfolio
- Identifying and driving business opportunities while being accountable and responsible for the contract delivery and change management on the contract.
- Ensuring core delivery processes including delivery risk management, quality assurance, certified delivery staff, monthly reporting.
- Continuously analyzing software delivery processes to drive efficiency and quality improvement.
- Leveraging your skills to nurture and develop client relationships.
- Collaborating with colleagues within your parameters and across functional areas in Capgemini Engineering.
- With your experience and expertise, you will be an integral part of delivering successful outcomes to Capgemini Group’s clients.
