SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Applicants are required to be Australian Citizens and hold a current or re-instatable Baseline with the view to obtain an NV1 Defence Security Clearance.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Lockheed Martin’s Digital Transformation Technical Leads, Programs and Functional leadership to promote, develop and execute strategic roadmaps for Australian Digital Transformation adoption
  • Work with programs to assess their implementation maturity of Digital Transformation Initiatives (such as Model Based Systems Engineering aka MBSE, Agile DevSecOps, Digital Twin, Test Automation) developing and executing a plan for improvement and helping lead the implementation
  • Support the identification and deployment of ICT infrastructure (including Cloud) needed to support tool usage
  • Support cross functional coordination of LMA 1LMX initiatives
  • Provide relevant technical and domain knowledge through mentoring of the broader technical team
  • Coordinate activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving problems
  • Conducts briefings and participate in technical meetings for internal and external representatives concerning specific operations
  • Support Business Captures by assessing and developing a Digital Transformation solution and defining potential cost and technical benefits

    You will be strongly supported by an experienced team of developers and implementers as well as subject matter experts in the application of these engineering tools.
