DESCRIPTION
WTW is a leading advisory, broking, and solutions company with a storied history dating back to 1828. From the Titanic in 1912 to supporting the Moon Buggy in 1971, we have a legacy of turning risk into growth opportunities. Are you ready to take your career to the next level?
WTW’s Global Finance Analytics CoE (GFA CoE) is a centralized Finance function looking for a Delivery Lead to join our team. In this role, you’ll drive business value by becoming a trusted advisor, partnering closely with the Business and the broader Finance Leadership team to continue executing GFA CoE’s strategic vision – building data, analytics, planning, and forecasting capabilities and solutions on a global scale. You will work to evolve the CoE’s strategy, establish robust governance, manage demand, develop new solutions, and deliver tangible business outcomes by activating and bringing cross-functional and interdisciplinary teams together.
GFA CoE is a crucial element of Finance’s strategy to become more strategic and integrated function, while being more agile in deploying innovative capabilities for WTW globally. Success in this role is defined by one’s ability to turn strategy, ideas, and challenges into priorities and a portfolio of process, technology, and operational solutions. In addition, success is marked by one’s ability to foster a culture of teamwork, to operate with a global perspective, and to position the GFA CoE teams for future success.
An ideal candidate will have a background in global enterprise transformations and collaborate closely with Business, Finance leaders, and other functional leaders (e.g., Operations, HR, Technology) to achieve desired business outcomes. The Finance function serves both internal and external customers: colleagues within our company, client organizations, shareholders, financial institutions, suppliers, and regulatory agencies around the world.
The role is expected to work frequently during US EST or UK GMT time zone. Some in-office meetings may be required.
Note: Employment-based non-immigrant visa sponsorship and/or assistance is not offered for this specific job opportunity.
