Delivery Management Representative with German

Ecolab is looking for a Delivery Management Agent with German.
The aim of the position is to deliver frontline customer service to our internal and external customers by managing product availability and delivery related issues, rush and late orders.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or College degree
• Fluent German and English language skills (both written and verbal)
• Working in a multinational company – considered an advantage
• SAP and Logistics experience would be considered an advantage
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Customer service focused with the ability to partner with internal/external contacts
• Problem solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Great organizational skills and strong attention to details
• Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic business environment
• Proactive with the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
• Open to expand activities, learn and work on other end 2 end activities like order support

• Provide frontline service to internal and external customers via phone, e-mail and chat.
• Interface with manufacturing, shipping and transportation for multiple plants to coordinate on-time deliveries based on customer requested delivery dates
• Proactively communicate changes and delays of orders and provide accurate information
• Organize rush orders with communication to sales and customers
• Manage alternatives when original order requests cannot be fulfilled (products, delivery dates and quantities)
• Suggest process improvements
