REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven track record in managing and delivering complex projects within the banking and capital markets industry, ideally involving blockchain or financial technology platforms.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications within banking and capital markets, including familiarity with decentralized ledgers, smart contracts, and digital asset platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, with the ability to tailor these approaches to meet the needs of diverse clients.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and manage senior clients and internal teams.
  • Strong understanding of capital markets, including regulatory requirements, risk management, and operational processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, with excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify project risks and implement effective solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
  • Experience with budget management, resource allocation, and contract negotiation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology, or a related field. A PMP or Prince2 certification would be advantageous.
  • A proactive, self-motivated, and flexible approach to work, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and delivery excellence.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Delivery Manager, BCM Solutions, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of user projects within the banking and capital markets industry. As part of the Solutions team, you will work closely with adjacent functions such as sales, product, engineering, operations and legal to ensure the smooth execution and delivery of Chainlink based solutions to our growing institutional user base. Your role will focus on managing project timelines, resources, and communication channels to meet client expectations and achieve business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the delivery of multiple Chainlink based projects for clients within the banking and capital markets sector, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the client and internal development teams, managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring clear communication.
  • Develop, manage, and track project plans, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and risks.
  • Facilitate regular status meetings with clients and internal stakeholders to provide progress updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Identify potential risks or issues within project delivery and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to drive the development and deployment of solutions in line with customer requirements
  • Oversee the integration of solutions with existing banking and capital markets infrastructure, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Foster strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service, driving client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for additional project work or services.
  • Continuously improve delivery processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency and project success rates.
  • Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and maintained in compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements.
