twentyAI have partnered with a Private Bank in London who are looking for a Delivery Manager to join their Transformation & Technology department. The successful individual will assist with a variety of projects and will help to deliver and adopt change through adherence to waterfall and agile principles.

EXPERIENCE

• Experience working in small-medium sized firms with hands on delivery of change projects
• Delivery of business, IT change and technical change projects
• Agile and Waterfall experience
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Change management qualification (i.e. APM, PRINCE2 etc) desirable

• Lead change initiatives, ensuring delivery is of high quality and aligned to the strategic goals of the bank
• Operate as a Delivery Manager on change projects, likely multiple at once
• Manage project workstreams to ensure effective changes
• Manage project budgets and provide effective resource management
• Build working relationships with all stakeholders including Senior Management and Partner
• Provide clear updates on progress, risk and issues
• Hands on delivery on all technical change projects
