We are looking for a Delivery Manage r to join our team. The purpose of this role is to ensure our services meet the needs of key Downer clients, as well as the quality and performance expectations as defined by the client contract.
This critical leadership role oversees the delivery of all services to key clients through ensuring seamless delivery of superior services that fulfil and exceed customer requirements. They are responsible for overseeing performance to SLA/KPI’s and associated reporting, leading and implementing continuous improvement initiatives, jeopardy management of any critical customer impacting incidents, collaborating internally to ensure resources are leverages and applied accordingly, correcting any reliability problems, and leadership of the Resource Management Team (RMT).

We are looking for someone with the following experience & skills:

• Service delivery and continuous improvement experience in the Telecommunications industry.
• Knowledge of Telco industry, current regulatory and industry requirements.
• Proven ability to lead, manage and motivate teams to deliver a superior product and/or service to the customer.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to influence and proactively engage with at all levels of the business.
• A flexible attitude with a focus on innovation and productivity to ensure the team delivers low-cost fit-for-purpose solutions without compromising safety standards.
• Strong customer focus (both for internal and external clients)
