SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Educated to HNC level in a vocational related specialism.
  • Level 3 Award in Education & Training (or equivalent) teaching qualification or willingness to acquire.
  • Conversant with Ofsted Education Inspection Framework 2019 ensuring programmes meet the framework requirements.
  • Relevant operational and performance management, within the Education Sector.
  • Experience of successfully managing high performing teams.

Responsibilities:

SUMMARY OF ROLE

As a Delivery Manager, you will play a vital role in monitoring and enhancing performance across various departments and programmes. You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Skills Coaches to deliver timely. You will be developing and implementing performance evaluation strategies, analysing data, and providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implement comprehensive performance evaluation frameworks and processes to assess the effectiveness of programmes, teams, and individual staff members.
  • Embed operational standard operating procedures and associated performance metrics through collaboration with various stakeholders, including performance coaches, quality colleagues, and support staff, to ensure performance measurement processes are well-implemented and understood across the organisation.
  • Work with Performance coaches to develop training programmes and provide support to staff members, assisting them in understanding performance expectations and implementing improvement strategies. Support the Quality team to embed quality assurance checks including: Health and Safety, Wellbeing, Prevent, Equality & Diversity and Safeguarding. Conduct Outstanding Teaching Learning and Assessment (OTLA) of trainers and coaches.
  • Ensure the quality of provision reflects Ofsted grade 2 provision as a minimum by interpreting and articulating Education Inspection Framework (EIF) standards to the team, maintaining staff competencies through targeted continual personal professional development (CPPD) activities and strengthening performance. Constantly monitor the collation, storage and access of data to ensure compliance with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and ISO27001 guidelines.
