Description:

Responsible for the booking and management of client specific campaigns ensuring JCDecaux standards are followed, and individual client requirements are met.
You will lead and coach a team of Campaign Managers and Co-Ordinators, this includes running the day-to-day performance and best practise training of individuals and the team. You will work with Specialists, Partners and Internal Stakeholders building professional and productive relationships to lead overall Campaign Delivery.
What you’ll be doing…
Running client bookings across multiple applications and ensuring deadlines are met.Responsible for your own key client campaigns as well as working with your team on all other campaigns.High attention to detail to provide accurate project management, administration and campaign reporting.Delivering exceptional customer service by handling varying client requests.Proactively identifying and prioritising any issues with campaigns and offering alternatives for different client requirements.Working with sales, trading, production houses (both internal and external), specialists, agencies and direct clients.Working closely with operations, print production, finance and other partners to run the full campaign lifecycle.Providing creative and posting instructions for our paper estate for both the print production and operations teams. Project managing to ensure clients requests are adhered to and reported accurately.Scheduling digital copy using internal content management system to moderate and deploy content, ensuring it is compatible with the environment and assets booked.Troubleshooting to ensure digital campaigns are compliant.Management of Credit Note Administration.Key liaison with BA/SmartSuite Development to ensure constant improvement for all business applications.Maintain accuracy of all documentation. Responsible for producing and issuing accurate weekly media revenue reports and accountable for regular Compliance Reporting.Lead a team on the day-to-day delivery of targets, 121’s, team meetings and their development plansLead, coach, and empower the team, by developing the roles and responsibilities of individuals by addressing training needs and identifying/monitoring key objectives.Provide expert user advice across all teams (KD, TPR & BAR) to support training, issue resolution and consistent best practise approach across the whole of Campaign Management.Work closely with all partners to minimise the duplication of work ensuring information is communicated clearly resulting in the smooth running of campaigns.Build a knowledge of company products and services and their benefits

Providing comprehensive system and process training.Adoption of openly sharing information, knowledge and experience with the team. With the ability to actively listen and give constructive feedback to further individual and team development.Ability to interpret data at a detailed level to analyse the reporting and investigate any discrepancies.
