Description:

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Middle Delivery Manager with a technical background in development for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Costa Rica.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in the management area focused on software development.
  • Exposure to Agile framework exposure is not limited to Scrum.
  • Understanding of development best practices.
  • Experience working with distributed teams.
  • Experience working as a point of contact for key projects.
  • Leadership and good communication skills.
  • Solid English level.
  • Experience in interviewing developers for a project.
  • Experience in people & team management.
  • Basic knowledge of software architecture.
  • Exposure to all phases of SDLC.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide coordination of 10-15 projects simultaneously.
  • Clarify and validate requirements for positions with different clients.
  • Run the coordination of team ramp-up and onboarding.
  • Gather project feedback from clients/teams/developers.
  • Monitor the people’s morale/satisfaction.
  • Resolve people management issues.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform reporting.
  • Identify new opportunities for cooperation with clients.
  • Attend to the office 1-2 times per week.

Will be a plus:

  • Understanding of web and desktop development.
  • Understanding of mobile development.
  • Knowledge of web platforms and tools like AWS, Azure, and Google.
  • Knowledge of requirements analysis or business analysis.
