Responsibilities:

Are you passionate about driving technology change and transformation? Do you have a proven track record of managing complex projects and leading high-performing teams? If so, HC-One invites you to join our dynamic team as a Delivery Manager (Technology).
As the Delivery Manager (Technology) at HC-One, you will play a pivotal role in delivering strategically important technology change and transformation initiatives. This highly visible role involves regular interaction with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, ensuring that our technology projects align with business objectives and drive growth and improvement across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Change Management: Oversee the change process for your team, including delivery timescales and scheduling expectations. Provide thought leadership and ensure the adoption of best practices.
  • Project Leadership: Lead the successful delivery of projects within agreed scope, budget, timescales, and benefits. Manage a diverse portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire high-performing teams, leveraging subject matter expertise to maximise performance. Foster a culture of excellence and a can-do attitude.
  • Strategic Planning: Define the overall strategy, coordinate deliveries against product roadmaps, and manage backlogs. Collaborate with the business to ensure roadmaps are defined, understood, and implemented effectively.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including designers, engineers, and SMEs, to ensure successful project delivery and clear communication of requirements.
  • Problem Solving: Navigate complexity and ambiguity, identifying opportunities and proposing innovative solutions to drive change across the organisation.
  • Documentation: Produce and maintain detailed project documentation, tracking tasks, resource requirements, dependencies, risks, and issues.
