QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in project or delivery management, with a strong focus on the telecommunications industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex telecom projects on time and within budget.
  • In-depth knowledge of telecom technologies, infrastructure, and industry trends.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Experience with financial management, including budget forecasting, cost control, and profitability analysis.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is preferred.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of telecom projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and business goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for project-related matters.
  • Oversee project planning, including resource allocation, scheduling, risk management, and budget control.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including engineering, design, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in telecom delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and outcomes.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and other key parties.
  • Manage change requests, scope adjustments, and client expectations effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
