The Opportunity:
Job Title: Delivery Operations Analyst
Location: Manchester (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 9 am - 5:30 pm
About the Role:
NCC Group is seeking a proactive and analytical Delivery Operations Analyst to join our Delivery Operations team. In this role, you will support critical business change initiatives, helping us achieve operational excellence and enhance the way our teams work. You’ll collaborate across teams, drive process improvements, and contribute to a productive, efficient, and engaged work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support business change initiatives to enhance team workflows.
  • Review data and provide actionable insights for ongoing improvement programs.
  • Engage with internal teams and stakeholders to foster productivity and alignment.
  • Identify process gaps and implement solutions to maintain quality support for internal teams and clients.
  • Collaborate with global teams to drive positive outcomes through process improvements.
  • Assist in developing and executing business change plans, including communications and training.
  • Identify challenges and recommend solutions using structured problem-solving tools.
  • Support program reporting and manage internal expectations effectively.
  • Work with stakeholders to manage risks and resolve issues as they arise.

To be successful in this role you must have

  • Understanding of business change and improvement processes.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools, particularly Power BI.
  • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Strong time-management skills.
