Description:
POSITION SUMMARY
This position is a key role within the PMO and supports the timely and accurate delivery of customer orders.
The Delivery support coordinator will work alongside our Project managers and Delivery coordinators in the delivery of complex customer projects by submitting and managing orders with 3rd Party & Internal suppliers, Providing progress updates on these orders, communicating with our customers and providing administrative support where required.
Responsibilities:
THE PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE DELIVERY SUPPORT TEAM ARE AS FOLLOWS
- Order placement with 3rd Party suppliers, and other Claranet internal teams, including, but not limited to Telco’s, hardware, software and other services providers.
- Supporting Delivery coordinators and Project managers in delivering customer services
- Providing ad-hoc administrative support to the Wider PMO function
