We’re seeking a Traffic Resourcing Senior Consultant, to support the Global Brand Agency (GBA) within the Global Brand & Marketing team.
What will your typical day look like?
This role will help support and streamline resourcing of our Subject Matter Experts’s across our marketing, brand, and communications priorities and all of Deloitte’s external digital channels and audience touchpoints.

This is an end-to-end Campaign Experience Team, who support and elevate the industry and strategic marketing teams of Deloitte, creating and executing high impact marketing campaigns that reach the target audiences and achieve the desired outcomes for the business and brand.
The team’s scope of work begins with taking a brief from the business, through to Creative Development, naturally transitioning to Editorial Content, Video Production, Design Strategy, UX, Social Media Strategy and Targeted Media Planning and execution.
While collaborating with some of our most experienced leaders and talent across the organisation, your voice will influence Deloitte’s strategic direction, growth, brand, and impact in the market.
Your network will rapidly expand, and you will create meaningful connections and relationships globally. You will build deep institutional knowledge and gain an understanding of clients’ heart-of-business issues, and Deloitte’s offerings and solutions.

You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences:
3-4 years of Marketing Agency experience, with a focus on delivering end to end campaigns
Demonstrated ability to manage your own time to meet deadlines.
A passion for leaving things in better shape than you found them
Ability to manage multiple resources across multiple teams to meet Stakeholder demand
Clearly expresses thoughts, ideas and expectations
Foster an approach that will aid resources in furthering their experience and develop their skillsets
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Holds oneself to high personal standards with a great attention to detail
Be a pro-active/flexible team player who is always willing to assist others
Understands the value of good relationships.
Makes constructive contributions to marketing campaign strategies and objectives by bringing Resource Management/Traffic Management expertise
Understand the firm’s marketing strategy and the Resource/Traffic Management plays in supporting it
