Description:
DELPHI TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPER TO AON NORDICS
We are looking for a talented and motivated Delphi Developer to join our team in a hybrid role, offering a flexibility to work virtually or from one of our Nordic offices located in Copenhagen, Stockholm, Oslo, or Helsinki. Preferably, we are looking for someone based in Copenhagen.
This is a temporary contractor role with a full-time commitment for 2025 with options to extend (though not necessarily as full FTE). Start date is flexible, but the sooner the better.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE THAT WILL LEAD TO SUCCESS
- Proven experience in Delphi Development as part of a development team or similar role.
- Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL and Oracle Databases.
- Familiarity with various development methodologies including DevOps.
- Strong client and service orientation with a keen interest in understanding the business.

Responsibilities:
- You will have a key role within a strategic regional project.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain one of our strategic Business Application based on Delphi language.
- Work closely with business analysts to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop and optimize Oracle PL/SQL queries and manage Oracle Databases.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring high performance and responsiveness of applications
