REQUIREMENTS:

• Min 3 years of Automation experience, preferable DeltaV.
• Working experience in a pharmaceutical environment for at least 2 years is required.
• Extensive knowledge of DeltaV Configuration (Physical Layer and Procedural Layer).
• Experience of PLC/SCADA systems an advantage.
• Experience of trouble shooting MES interfaces an advantage.
• Knowledge of S88.
• Commissioning experience is desirable.
• English is of good work proficiency.
• Knowledge of GMP.
• Change management experience.
• Availability to work independently.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking to hire Front Line Support (FLS) Engineers to join team supporting our Pharmaceutical Client based in Dublin.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Automation Project Support including, Coding, Design, Commissioning and Testing.
• Support of on-site control systems including IIT, SATTLINE and Siemens PLCs.
• Initiating, Implementing and Qualifying Proactive sites changes and small projects for site.
• Join the daily support rota for the department.
• Give Control System Training for new hires.
• Out of hours On-call Automation Support.
• Co-ordination of tasks to ensure timely delivery.
• Monthly reporting of tasks complete and support provided.
