Reseller Operations are the voice of the Reseller Channel within Operations. We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated Individual with strong analytic abilities and excellent communications to join the RO Central team as a Demand Analyst. As an individual, you will have responsibility for helping to drive our continued success, and be a key player within the Reseller Operations team. In this deeply analytical role, we work closely with our internal teams to drive Reseller Channel partner sell thru, using expert data analytics and relationship management.

DESCRIPTION

  • Work with RO Customer Support Account Mgrs to maximise order chase and drive partners to the optimal in-stocks, ranging and digital strategies to maximise revenue potential. - Develop early alert mechanisms through analytical insights in our Ops data sets to monitor key metrics/business performance and define assignable actions. - Drive a management system to support forecast, orderbook insights and demand planning. - Undertake meaningful qualitative feedback on performance and velocity. - Challenge, influence and negotiate with operational stakeholders across the organization. - Manage the validation & publication of a weekly shipment plans

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Innovative and strategic approach to reporting.
  • Extraordinary data analytical skills, including the ability to model, interpret and present data in a way to zero in on what is most impactful.
  • Attention to detail without becoming lost in the details.
  • Superb interpersonal skills, both written and verbal - able to present complex analytics to an executive audience.
  • A fast learner who can quickly apply and adapt knowledge in varying fast paced situations
  • Consistent record of working cross-functionally with a variety of partners including sales, finance and supply chain teams.
  • A propensity to unlock the potential of every relationship, through getting to know people, soliciting input and feedback from a wide variety of people.
  • Self starter mind-set, ability to self-manage time & role deliverables.
  • Excellent teamwork attributes and willingness to support colleagues.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • A relevant 3rd level degree e.g. Engineering, Maths, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain, Statistics or Data Science & Analytics would be an advantage
  • Relevant operations experience, preferably in a tech related industry.
  • Strong analytical capabilities coupled with good business savvy
  • Proficient in Excel and or other data visualisation tools
  • Presentation skills and program / project management experience, a distinct advantage
