QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or industrial engineering
  • Alternatively, professional training in business administration or a comparable field with at least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM) functions
  • Excel proficiency
  • Familiarity with SAP, IBP, and BI Systems
  • Excellent French and English language skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service
  • Structured working style, capable of organizing and managing tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

  • Demand Forecasting: Utilize historical sales data, market trends, and customer insights to create accurate demand forecasts
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and production, to align demand forecasts with supply planning
  • Inventory Optimization: Maintain optimal inventory levels by monitoring stock levels, adjusting reorder points, and preventing stockouts or excess inventory
  • Order Management: Place orders with production sites, suppliers, and co-packers, ensuring timely delivery to meet sales and production plans
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and address supply issues, such as shortages, delays, or quality concerns, to minimize disruptions
  • Data Analysis: Continuously review sales and production forecasts for the defined portfolio, both short-term and long-term, in terms of quantity and value
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, implement new supply chain solutions, and support central tenders
