Demand and Transformation Analyst

YOUR DAY TO DAY:

Support function to the department lead in daily business and transformation (harmonization and optimization) activities within the Demand & Programs team. This includes supporting in the creation or creating regular and strategical reports, slides and documents as well as non-BAU request to the department.

• Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and adjust the portfolio strategy accordingly.
• Communication: Excellent skills in understanding and conveying complex information in a simplified manner to various stakeholders.
• Demand and delivery experience: Understanding its processes and governance.
• Knowledge of people and organization: Identified SPoCs in other demand offices and knowledge about their processes.,
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Effective collaboration with various departments to ensure the successful execution of portfolio initiatives.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools to monitor portfolio performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Excel and PPT expertise, with good data presentation and content visualization skills.
• Technology and products Knowledge: Industry-specific knowledge and understanding of the different network areas, products, and services.
