We are currently seeking a parental leave cover for a period of 12 months. The person we are looking for is a prolific doer and a self-starter who will have a key role in ensuring our growth.

This is where you come in. We are looking for an energetic, highly driven, and result-oriented person to join the marketing team with the task of identifying, building, and qualifying our pipeline.
Subscription businesses are growing rapidly across industries, and DigitalRoute is on a steep growth track. You will be fully empowered and accountable for, researching prospects, making phone calls, writing conversion-driven emails, qualifying leads, setting up appointments, scheduling demos, and fielding qualified opportunities.
What you’ll do
You will be accountable for meeting our goals of building a pipeline and delivering qualified opportunities with a high closing ratio that supports our pipeline targets. Your key tasks involve:

Identify, build, and qualify leads. This occurs through two modalities.

  • Inbound: Act as the first point of contact on inbound leads that come in from demo requests, content downloads, referrals, and other lead sources
  • Outbound: Prospecting opportunities by targeting specific types of buyers and generating interest/demand via emails, calls, and social channels

Research, and grow the addressable target accounts by expanding our contact database.
Work continuously to improve the quality of our contact database of addressable accounts.
Source accounts & contacts based on Intent from prospecting tools, social & website analytics tools and engage with them for conversion.
Design and execute A/B tests to assess the effectiveness of different messaging, content, and outreach methods.
What you’ll bring
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related area.
Proven experience in Demand generation, Inside Sales, or similar roles.
Ideally, experience gained within the enterprise-level organization or SaaS environment.
Strong proficiency in tools such as CRM software, Prospecting software, and marketing automation platforms. HubSpot knowledge, or a very similar tool is a must.
Must be fluent in English equivalent to native speakers. Outstanding presentation, and communication skills both verbal and written.
Demonstrated ability to interpret and communicate insights from data.
Able to maintain a high level of efficiency and work efficiently in a fast-paced, reciprocal, and team-oriented environment.
