JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic and data-driven Demand Generation & Growth Marketer to lead our customer acquisition and growth initiatives. This hybrid role combines demand generation expertise with growth marketing strategies to accelerate pipeline growth, optimize the customer journey, and drive scalable results. You’ll work across marketing, sales, and product teams to build, execute, and analyze strategies that fuel TeamLinkt’s success.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or a related role.
  • Proven success in creating and scaling multi-channel marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (Hubspot)
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar.
  • Proficiency in running A/B tests, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and growth experiments.
  • Experience working with SaaS products or familiarity with freemium/paid conversion models is a plus.
  • Database / SQL experience is a plus
  • A passion for youth sports or experience in sports technology is a bonus.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Execution: Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, paid media, social, SEO, webinars, etc.) to drive lead generation and nurture prospects.
  • Lead Acquisition: Build strategies to generate high-quality leads for the sales team and manage lead scoring models.
  • Content Collaboration: Partner with content and design teams to create high-converting assets like landing pages, case studies, and webinars.
  • Marketing Automation: Manage marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) to execute campaigns, segment audiences, and track engagement.
