Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
As a Demand Generation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding market reach for our white-label online banking solutions tailored for credit unions and community banks. You will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel, online and offline marketing campaigns to generate leads, nurture prospects, and support the sales team in achieving revenue targets.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Develop and implement demand generation strategies to drive awareness and generate leads through various channels, including email marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, ABM, webinars, content marketing, and partnerships.
- Create and leverage compelling content (i.e., blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos) to engage our target audiences and support lead generation efforts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing and sales strategies, optimize lead handoff processes, and track lead conversion rates.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, conduct A/B tests, and use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns for better ROI.
- Manage the marketing automation platform (HubSpot) and CRM system (Salesforce) to track lead flow, segment audiences, and execute targeted campaigns.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify new opportunities for demand generation.
