As a key player in B2B technology with an enterprise sales model, we’re seeking a talented Demand Generation Manager to drive high-impact marketing initiatives that target key segments in Financial Services, Energy, Manufacturing, Government, and Fortune 500 industries.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As the Demand Generation Manager, reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will use your expertise to recommend future lead generation initiatives and optimize current campaigns. You will dive deep into understanding our ideal customers and their unique needs to support a data-driven lead generation strategy. You will establish the demand generation foundation at Shinydocs, bring actionable recommendations for continuous improvement, and mentor future demand generation specialists. You may also assist with hiring new team members.
In your first 30 days, you will collaborate closely with product marketing, sales, BDR, and marketing services to understand the customer buyer journey, our sales cycle, and key takeaways from recent lead generation campaigns. Leveraging your insights, you will implement processes to execute demand generation initiatives and recommend new tools and channels to enhance market outreach.
