EdgeTier is currently experiencing an exciting growth phase thanks to our passionate and hardworking team. As we grow, new opportunities arise, and this is why we’re currently looking for a Demand Generation Specialist to join our marketing team. This brand new role will manage the creation and execution of campaigns aimed at attracting potential customers and increasing qualified leads.
This role will operate on a hybrid basis and will be based out of our head office in Dublin City Centre.
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the new Demand Generation Specialist at EdgeTier, it will be your responsibility to support sales efforts by bringing in prospects who are likely to buy.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design and run campaigns to generate new leads through digital channels and nurturing efforts.
- Campaign execution across paid social and paid search (LinkedIn, Google Ads) for lead generation.
- Work closely with the Content Executive and identify SEO opportunities to improve organic traffic.
- Plan and execute online events and webinars to increase awareness and engagement.
- Create nurture campaigns on HubSpot to guide leads through the funnel, based on lead scoring.
- Monitor & optimise campaign performance with weekly reporting against KPIs, making adjustments to improve results.
- Assist with in-person events, helping identify the best events and maximising our investment to engage and move prospects into our pipeline.
- Support the execution and management of partnerships focused on driving lead generation.
