DESCRIPTION:

The Demand Generation Specialist will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to create engaging multi-channel campaigns, generate leads and help move prospects through the buyer’s journey within the mid-market and enterprise Fire, Emergency Medical Services and Hospital segments. This person will ensure quality of leads by providing feedback for campaigns, tracking performance and using data to make decisions that drive pipeline generation and revenue growth.
This team works in a highly collaborative way and together they strive to reach monthly and annual goals.

Requirements:

  • Degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • Experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a comparable role, ideally within B2B technology or SaaS sectors
  • Proven experience with HubSpot for marketing automation, email marketing, and analytics, preferably also with 6Sense
  • Strong writing, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of inbound marketing, content marketing, and lead nurturing methodologies
  • Excellent analytical capabilities, with the skill to interpret data, recognize trends, and provide actionable recommendations
  • Exceptional project management skills, with meticulous attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple projects concurrently
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a passion for innovation
  • Ability to maintain discretion when handling proprietary and confidential information
  • Enthusiasm for learning and expanding knowledge or skills
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, honesty, collaboration and team orientation
  • Ability to travel as required, up to 10

Responsibilities:

  • Own, create, implement, and enhance multi-channel demand generation campaigns, encompassing strategy formulation, content creation, execution, testing, and thorough performance analysis
  • Utilize both Account Based Marketing software and marketing automation tools to construct and manage lead nurturing workflows, email marketing campaigns, and segmentation tactics. Develop and maintain marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and guide them through the sales funnel
  • Partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, creative, content, product marketing) to develop relevant content and assets, obtain feedback on lead conversions and ensure alignment of demand generation efforts with overall company objectives and messaging
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI, aiming to continually enhance marketing effectiveness
  • Identify opportunities for optimizing campaigns and conducting A/B testing to maximize engagement, conversions, and pipeline contribution
  • Research accounts to identify target contacts and compile profile information to prepare them ready for database import
  • Gain competitive knowledge for insights into target audience needs, preferences, and trends, to guide campaign strategy development
  • Apply data-driven insights to refine personas, targeting, and messaging for superior demand generation results
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously advance marketing activities and company goals
  • Use the following Software Systems on a frequent basis: Microsoft Office, Hubspot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Advertising, Salesforce/Microsoft Dynamics 365, webinar platforms such as GoTo Webinar or ON 24 and project management tools such as Monday.com
  • Travel to orientation, conferences or company events, and other onsite meetings as required
  • Perform additional duties or tasks as assigned
