POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Demand Generation Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be reporting directly to the Director of Marketing and will be responsible for driving long-term campaign success, optimizing lead generation strategies, and developing nurturing campaigns that move leads through the sales funnel. You’ll also collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement personalized Account-Based Sales Marketing (ABSM) strategies and measure performance through key metrics to continuously refine and enhance our demand generation efforts. Responsibilities:

Long-Term Campaigns:

  • Design and oversee the implementation of long-term demand generation campaigns.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns to align with business objectives and improve performance.

Nurturing Campaigns:

  • Develop and execute nurturing campaigns to engage leads and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Utilize automated workflows to deliver personalized content at key stages of the customer journey.

Funnel Structure Development:

  • Build and refine the sales funnel structure to ensure smooth lead progression from awareness to decision.
  • Identify key touchpoints and optimize lead handoff to sales teams.

Lead Generation Strategy:

  • Develop and execute lead generation campaigns targeting specific market areas.
  • Conduct market research to optimize campaign effectiveness and generate high-quality leads.

Account-Based Sales Marketing (ABSM) Campaigns:

  • Plan and implement ABSM campaigns tailored to strategic accounts.
  • Align with sales teams to coordinate personalized marketing efforts targeting key accounts and customer needs.

Performance Measurement and Analytics:

  • Analyze and report on campaign performance regularly using key metrics such as conversion rates, ROI, and customer acquisition costs.
  • Use data insights to adjust strategies and improve campaign outcomes.

Cross-Channel Marketing Integration:

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure demand generation strategies are integrated across all channels, including email, social media, web, and events, to create a cohesive user experience.

Content Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the content team to develop compelling, conversion-optimized content that supports demand generation goals and is aligned with SEO best practices.

Customer Insights:

  • Gather and analyze customer data to understand buyer personas and refine marketing strategies.
  • Tailor marketing messages to align with customer insights and drive engagement.

Technology and Tool Management:

  • Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack, including CRM (Salesforce) marketing automation (HubSpot), and lead nurturing tools (ZoomInfo).
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to ensure effective use of tools for performance tracking and campaign optimization.
