We are now looking for an experienced Demand Lead to join us on our journey to be the trades most valued partner.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience leading a team within supply chain, ideally as a Demand Lead and/or Supply Lead
• Experience working with data – understanding the results of reports, and analytical work provided by the team, and how to best use that. Intermediate Excel skills
• Systems savvy – experience with, and ability to pick up and learn, new demand management systems
• Confident communicator and presenter, able to build strong working relationships with team and across Reece and convey complex information in a simple way
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to develop strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders –within Reece and external partners.

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Demand Lead to join our supply chain team in Cremorne, and support us in our mission to be the trades most valuable partner. You’ll be leading and nurturing a small team, at Reece we have a values lead and team first approach to leadership. You will be a great storyteller who is able to engage the team and stakeholders. With responsibility for managing the demand planning process, you’ll be tasked with ensuring optimal inventory levels, forecast accuracy and efficient supply chain operations. This will include overseeing the development and maintenance of accurate demand forecasts using statistical models, market analysis, and historical data.
