The Demand Manager Health & Medical is responsible for developing and continuously improving the Demand and Sales & Operations Planning processes.
The role is responsible for leading a global network of Demand Planners to maximize the quality of our demand signals through effective and transparent processes, integrated ways of working, value-adding best practice sharing and joint improvement initiatives.
The position should preferably be based in Hamburg, but could also be based in any other bigger European Health & Medical office.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead global network of demand planners and key users for our Business Unit Health & Medical and actively drive continuous development in collaboration with the Global Process Owner for Demand Planning as well as Forecast & Data Analyst teams
  • Manage the S&OP demand planning consolidation & review and closely collaborate with key stakeholders in sales & Marketing, finance, manufacturing and supply chain; represent BU Health Medical demand planning in Executive S&OP meetings
  • Inspire, motivate and engage people to achieve outstanding results and orchestrate value-adding initiative management and best practice sharing to further strengthen the end-to-end demand planning and S&OP process
  • Set and monitor key performance indicators and diagnostics to ensure effective performance management and achievement of agreed goals
  • Collaborate closely with product management teams to ensure efficient and effective NPI as well as phase-in and phase-out processes
  • Manage and support demand planning projects and initiatives across regions and BUs
