Group Demand Planner – Automotive Aftermarket
Hybrid: 3 days in Marden, 2 days remote
Salary: £30K - £33K + bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Inventory Management: Manage stock availability in line with KPIs to support customer sales across multiple subsidiaries.
- Optimize Communication: Act as a communication bridge between supply chain teams and subsidiaries, ensuring key market requirements and constraints are clearly understood and actioned.
- Forecasting & Analytics: Use data to forecast demand and ensure sales targets are met by managing policies, forecasts, and parameters within inventory systems.
- Strategic Stock Management: Develop and manage stock profiles across subsidiaries, improving stock turns and driving business success.
- Continuous Improvement: Engage with the entire supply chain to identify and resolve inefficiencies, develop processes, and troubleshoot master data issues.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with procurement teams, logistics, customer care, and senior leadership, ensuring smooth operations and shared goals.
