We are looking for an experienced person who enjoys digesting data and is not afraid to innovate and experiment. Is it natural for you to crunch numbers and forecast based on them? We have a permanent Demand Planner position open in Helsinki, reporting to Head of Supply Chain.
Demand Planner is responsible for demand planning process and is a key player in ensuring reliable supply chain and profitable business growth. You will create rolling sales forecasts together with sales and business development teams for our global clients. You will also develop ways of working and tools used for planning.

What you will do:

  • create weekly forecasts based on historical data, POS data, campaign plans and information from sales department, (short and long term)
  • monitor and analyze results/KPIs to take corrective actions and ensure improvement
  • coordinate and co-operate with supply planner, suppliers, warehouses, commercial teams etc. to ensure accurate forecasts
  • ensure continuous improvement of demand planning processes and systems
  • problem solving related to demand plan and process

WHAT MAKES YOU ONE OF US:

  • experience in developing integrated business planning tools (e.g. Relex, SO99+) and processes

  • excellent communication and language skills: fluent in English, Finnish and others as advantage
