How you’ll spend your day
Key contributor in the Demand and Operational Planning IBP process by partnering with diverse cross-functional team to develop a demand consensus with documented assumptions, risks, opportunities, key decisions, and escalations
Participate in the monthly Demand and Operational Consensus S&OP process
Individual contributor that will deliver on key performance targets of Sales, growth, forecast accuracy, bias, short-date, write-off, and Customer Delivery (on-time in full)
Work with the Global supply chain COE and NA Organization to drive continuous improvement mindset to assist in developing new strategies, tools and processes to achieve overall strategic objectives
Improve forecast accuracy by leveraging industry best practices, analytics, and collaboration with Sales & Marketing, Pricing, TGO, Finance, and Customer Operations
Utilize SAP Advanced Planning & Optimization (APO)/IBP suite to effectively build the demand and Operational plan at the SKU/Customer level
Optimize the statistical forecasting process by evaluating the appropriate algorithms and models.
Manage processes to determine root cause when KPIs are out of expected normal ranges. Develop and implements corrective measures
Participate and develop annual operations plan (AOP) and Long-Range Plan (LRP) activities that enable strategic decisions
Review daily exception messages & alerts daily and take action as required
Follows Teva Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and procedures
Other projects and duties as required/assigned
Your experience and qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 4 years’ experience with a demonstrated knowledge of Supply Chain concepts &"Best Practices” Ability to plan, prioritize and meet commitments with a bias toward action
APICS Certification desirable, but not required
Specific experience in Demand Planning, inventory management, Sales & Operations planning
Knowledge of Advanced Planning systems, SAP APO/IBP experience strongly preferred
Pharmaceutical experience desirable, but not required
Must be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Visio, Powerpoint)
Strong influence and communication skills within all levels of the organization are a must
Lean Six Sigma experience is preferred
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to think differently about the data which may lead to less obvious conclusions
Self-starter and self-finisher with high energy level, High sense of urgency, and results oriented
