We’re looking for an IBP lead. You’ll be part of our Demand Planning team BNL (Supply Chain team) based in Brussels and will report directly to the Demand Planning Manager BNL Dylan van Gardingen.
The Integrated Business Planning (IBP) lead is responsible for the IBP process in the Marketing & Sales Unit(s) (MSU). the IBP process aims to align cross functionally on demand outlooks and facilitates business decisions and execution, based on the comparison of actual and planned outlooks vs goals and financial targets.

Main responsibilities:

  • Leading the Monthly and weekly IBP cycle and Review meetings. The IBP lead is the voice of the local Demand Planning team in IBP cycle.
  • Analyse volume dynamics and identify risk & opportunity (by detecting trends and patterns in current & historical data, taking into account e.g. market trends, commercial and supply events flagged ), to assess situations and proposes solution/decisions for leadership approval
  • Act as business partner and challenger within the IBP process and work structurally with the sales managers and marketing managers of the MSU to improve the demand forecast, service and stock levels.
  • Anticipating future capacity constraints or demand surge 3-18 months in advance with data driven insights & helping business drive scenario planning
  • Participate in global projects and lead the local implementation of key improvements projects e.g. AI Forecasting implementation and the next generation planning tools

For this role we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

  • Master’s Degree (Business Administration, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Supply Chain Management)
  • Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in Supply Chain or Operation roles
  • An excellent ability to manage stakeholders (internal & external) and building lasting trustful relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results in an ambiguous environment
  • Influencing / Negotiation skills (focus on win-win)
  • Proven leadership skills (experience successfully managing people/projects/issues)
  • Good analytical skills, break down complex problems in order to get to the root cause of the it
  • You speak French and/or Dutch. Your daily working environment will be in English.
