  • Review client forecast, program plan batch schedules, program revenue generating work targets and current site supply schedule
  • Develop and analyze 12-18 month supply plan and present to site leadership.
  • Develop scenarios for meeting demand plan balancing site constraints
  • Complete supply planning elements and initiate data into visible demand plan that is shared with site production master scheduler
  • Collect information and collaborate with other functions such as Business Management, Quality Control and Operations to identify events that will alter demand and incorporate into the plan.
  • Prepare for and lead demand review meetings
  • Generate scenarios considering products, past event data, customer/market analysis, cannibalization, substitution, and other relevant parameters.
  • Facilitates monthly resource requirement planning and sales and operations planning meetings.
  • Scenario planning / capacity analysis for planning and various projects and initiatives across the program portfolio.
  • Provide detailed capacity utilization charts for business review meetings.
  • Build and maintain Capacity Evaluation tool for site capacity planning with future opportunities with 5-year outlook.
  • Ability to run and maintain multiple spreadsheets / reports.
  • Maintain accuracy of planning data.
  • Enable plan to deliver/improve service targets by delivering/improving forecast measures.
  • Provide demand input into the S&OP process to allow for transparency of risks and opportunities.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

  • Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook) and Smartsheet
  • Expertise of planning and purchasing systems
  • Knowledge of concepts of inventory flow throughout the supply chain
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Ability to develop and provide reports to satisfy ongoing inquires on capacity and product availability
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate critical information
  • Good problem solving and reasoning skills to efficiently look after problems varying in complexity relative to job level
